Navigating union rules and regulations at convention centers and event spaces across the U.S. can be challenging, especially since union rules continuously change.

Right-to-work states are notoriously lenient, allowing exhibitors to actively participate in the install and dismantle of their display at convention centers. In contrast, various event spaces throughout the country are notoriously strict when it comes to third parties and exhibitors being involved with the set-up and dismantle process.  In fact, some venues will impose a fine if exhibitors do not follow union rules.
