For over two decades, TS Crew has specialized in trade show and event installation and dismantle labor.
Whether your client requires the set up of a modular booth, installation of flooring or labor for a 30 x 70 custom design, you can relax knowing our staff is trained to handle just about every challenge trade shows and events present.
Our Unconventional Approach To I & D Labor Consists Of:
Comprehensive I & D Training: To ensure competency in diverse situations and familiarity with various booth configurations, our labor crew must successfully complete I & D training.
Venue & Union Education: To help avoid overtime charges and billing issues, our crew is educated on each venue’s unique rules prior to arriving at show site. Our crew is also well-versed on union rules and regulations in each of our markets.
Preparation for the Unexpected: Since obstacles on the show floor are inevitable, our crew is required to carry spare lightbulbs, HDMI cords, USB drives, power strips, specialty tape, virtual reality accessories and more.
Established Relationships with Venue & Event Personnel: We don’t outsource labor teams, which means our I & D crew has established relationships with convention center managers, venue security and other third parties that can influence how seamlessly the I & D process goes.
Project Management: To help make our clients’ lives easier, our crew serves as Project Managers and is ready to assist with electrical ordering, rigging coordination and other show services.
